Crispy Sesame Turkey Salad with Orange Honey Dressing
This recipe was sent to us by Becky, one of our online blogger mums. Her challenge was to cook a summer family meal using turkey for under £10. Here's what she thought:

This was absolutely yummy and took about half an hour to make. 
Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Breast Fillets
1 pack turkey breast

2 or 3 tablespoons plain flour

1 egg

2 or 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Rapeseed oil for drizzling and for the salad dressing

Mixed leaves

1 navel orange

Squeeze of honey

To serve:
Fresh salad and wraps.
Fab as a starter, light salad or wrap.
  1. Dip each turkey strip into the flour, pat off the excess, then dip it in the egg, then finally into the breadcrumb and sesame seed mix, then on to the baking tray.
  2. When you’ve done this to all your turkey, just give it a little drizzle of rapeseed oil and pop into the oven.
  3. To make the dressing, squeeze the orange into a jug and add roughly double the amount of rapeseed oil. Season, then add a dash of honey. Mix well.
  4. To assemble, pile the leaves onto the plate, pop on the pieces of turkey, then finally dribble over the dressing.
