Turkey Waldorf Salad
Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Breast Joint
Ingredients
2 Celery sticks finely chopped

2 Apples cored, peeled and sliced

Finely chopped walnuts

3 tbsp Mayonnaise

2 tbsp of water

Parsley or celery leaves finely chopped

Crystalised salt

Cooked turkey of your choice




To serve:
Warm crusty bread
Waldorf Salad manages to feel both healthy and utterly decadent.
Method
  1. Finely chop celery into slices or matchsticks
  2. Finely chop apple into slices or matchsticks
  3. Carefully mix celery and apples together
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Mix mayonnaise with a little water
  6. Mix the salad with the mayonnaise
  7. Add cooked turkey
  8. Season to taste
