Turkey Wellington
Essential Ingredient:
Turkey Steaks
Ingredients
Pre-heat oven to 200C fan, 220C conventional, Gas Mark 7/425F.

Cut pastry sheets into 2 large rectangles. Place one onto greased baking tray.

Place the 4 steaks in a row onto pastry.

Combine the mushrooms and cream cheese and spread across the steaks.

Place one tomato on top of each topped steak and cover with the remaining pastry sheet.

Score the top of the pastry with a sharp knife and brush with milk.

Bake for 20 minutes.




To serve:
Serve with seasonal vegetables.
